Applications may be subject to MTN requirements, identity verification, credit vetting, affordability checks, supporting-document requirements, RICA, FICA where applicable, network coverage and product availability.

URB Cellular or MTN may request additional information or documentation before an application can be assessed or completed.

Contract applications and upgrades remain subject to approval by MTN and any applicable credit, account, eligibility and system checks.

Upgrade eligibility, contract terms, package benefits, device availability, once-off charges, monthly fees and promotional conditions may differ by customer, account, store, channel or campaign.

URB Cellular takes reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and service information are accurate. However, displayed images may be illustrative and product colours, features, packaging or specifications may change.

Product and service information may be supplied by manufacturers, MTN or other service providers. URB Cellular may correct errors or update information without prior notice.

Prices, monthly fees, once-off charges, promotional benefits and package inclusions may change and may be subject to specific campaign periods, stock levels, qualifying criteria and separate MTN terms.

Where an obvious pricing or content error occurs, URB Cellular reserves the right to correct the error and decline or cancel an affected enquiry, application or transaction where legally permitted.

Devices, accessories, SIM cards and promotional stock are subject to availability. Home Internet, LTE, Fibre and other connectivity services are subject to network coverage, infrastructure availability, address validation, installation feasibility and provider approval.

Coverage maps and estimated service availability are indicative and do not guarantee signal strength, speed, installation or uninterrupted service at a specific location.

When using this website or submitting information, you agree to:

• provide accurate, complete and current information;
• submit valid supporting documents where requested;
• ensure that you are authorised to submit the information;
• review package, pricing and contract details before acceptance; and
• notify URB Cellular if material information changes.

Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable South African privacy law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act. Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess applications, perform verification, provide customer service and fulfil legal or contractual obligations.

URB Cellular may update these Terms & Conditions when business, operational, legal or regulatory requirements change. The latest version published on the website applies from its stated effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be dealt with under the jurisdiction and procedures applicable in South Africa.
